CNC Milling and Turning
We offer a large CNC milling envelope capable of machining 1626mm long, 813 wide, and up to 762mm tall.
Our turning capabilities are production-oriented, offering efficient production runs with both turning and milling capabilities available from a single machine.
CAM Programming
With extensive CAM programming experience, we offer programming as a service for workshops that need additional support. Whether you need a single program or ongoing programming assistance, we can supply proven G-Code to keep your machines running safely and efficiently.
Reverse Engineering
When a critical component fails, getting a replacement manufactured quickly can be essential. We can reverse engineer failed or obsolete components, manufacture replacements, and investigate why they failed in the first place. Where possible, we can also identify opportunities to improve the design and prevent future failures
CAD Design
If you have an issue or an idea, we can offer a solution. We offer design services with a strong focus on working with our customers. We have found that communication and collaboration leads to the best results and can help turn your ideas into reality.
Process Improvement/R&D
Whether by designing new fixtures, reprogramming, or redesigning we can help increase production efficiency. We offer site visits to assess your production and implement improvements. Many high volume workshops don't have the time to stop and innovate. We offer an "offline" solution.
